'How to Get Away with Murder' season 3 episode 4 spoilers: Annalise to lose her license? Another dead body found?

The cases and mysteries are getting more and more intense well into the fourth episode of "How to Get away with Murder" season 3. It seems another body was found inside Annalise's burning house, but the question is whether it's dead or alive. Moreover, the identity of the dead body found in episode 3 remains unclear.

For a quick recap of episode 3, "Always Bet Black," we see Annalise (Viola Davis) in a flash-forward scene that has her going through the rigorous and humiliating process of getting her fingerprints and mug shot. The flash-forward scene also showed Bonnie (Liza Weil) alive, so it definitely means she's not the one under the sheets in the previous flash-forward of Annalise's burning house.

However, why was Annalise arrested? It could be because of the slapping incident involving her and her client for the week, Toby Solomon. The client left a prostitute in an alley to die due to drug overdose and had the gall to take a selfie with the unconscious body.

It turns out Toby has more than one person's blood on his hands, and when Annalise told him to take the sentence that will have him serving a three-year jail term, he had the audacity to scoff at it instead of acquiescing to the compromise. This prompted Annalise to slap him, something that might cause the hotshot lawyer to lose her license.

Is that the reason why she's being set up for a mug shot or was she arrested due to the fire that ravaged her home?

In Thursday's episode titled "Don't Tell Annalise," things might continue to go downhill for Annalise, as another body was found in her burned down house. Check out the promo trailer and the synopsis shared by ABC.

"The fate of a young client is jeopardized after the Philadelphia Bar Association disciplinary board discovers damaging information about Annalise. Meanwhile, Frank commits a shocking act that someone close to him must deal with."

The damaging information about Annalise could be a video showing her slapping Toby and a female member of the Bar Association insisting that it should lead to the suspension of Annalise's license. Meanwhile, Frank (Charlie Webber) continues to be on the run from the Keating 5, with only Laurel (Karla Souza) possibly aware of where he's hiding.

What shocking act could Frank have done, and could Laurel, who's playing a dangerous game of duplicity, be that "someone close to him" who has to deal with his actions?

Things are getting crazier for Annalise Keating and her Keating 5, so make sure to watch the remaining episodes of the season.
