The last episode of "Parenthood" all brought us to tears when Zeek was rushed to the hospital for chest pains. Now we all wonder how the family is dealing with Zeek's condition and how it will test their strong ties. The show will air again on Thursday, Jan. 15, on NBC.

Now that the show is up to its final episodes, fans must expect tearjerker scenes. The synopsis for the next episode of Parenthood, entitled "Let's Go Home," reads: "Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) and Camille (Bonnie Bedelia) discover a bundle of old rolls of film, and they ask Max (Max Burkholder) to develop the mysterious photos. Sarah (Lauren Graham) overanalyzes Hank's (Ray Romano) offer with Julia (Erika Christensen), and the sisters spew their relationship fears. Adam (Peter Krause) decides the future of the Luncheonette with Crosby (Dax Shepard), but Jasmine (JoyBryant) unexpectedly intervenes."

Despite Zeek's condition, rumor has it that one of the couples will be spending the "happiest day of their lives," and that is good news for all fans. Another couple may also be walking down the aisle.

To recap, Julia (Erika Christensen) and Joel (Sam Jaeger) got back together during the mid-season finale. If not Julia and Joel, then Hank (Ray Romano) and Sarah (Lauren Graham) may be the couple to walk down the aisle. Both have been committed to their relationship and have been together for quite a while now.

Our third and final guess concerns Ryan (Matt Lauria) and Amber (Mae Whitman). Now that Amber is already pregnant with Ryan's baby, there is chance that the couple will finally decide to tie the knot. However, Amber doesn't seem to want Ryan to have anything to do with her child.

We remember Amber telling Ryan about her pregnancy and realizing that he still needs to work on his mental health as he has suffered from PTSD. It is possible that Amber will see Ryan's progress and let him into her life again.

Stay tuned as "Parenthood" airs this Thursday, Jan. 15, on NBC.
