The previous season of "Sister Wives" was certainly one of the most intense and drama-filled runs of the TLC reality series. Season 8 will be a little bit brighter, though, with more good things the Brown family are celebrating.

One of the things the show is expected to focus on is the pregnancy of Maddie Brown, which was just announced a few days back.

"We are both really excited and anxious. I think every soon-to-be parent is anxious, but we have so much support from both sides of our family," Maddie told People.

"We think it would be super cute to have different names for all the grandmas, like oma, grams or babicka. Grandma said differently or in different languages. Ultimately they get to choose what they are called but my dad [Kody] will probably be grandpa," she added.

Needless to say, "Sister Wives" season 8 will not begin with Maddie's pregnancy but rather her wedding day with then-boyfriend Caleb Brush.

The premiere titled "It's Worse than We Thought" will see the polygamous family get ready for the big day of one of Meri's daughters.

"Sister Wives" being "Sister Wives," this will not be a smooth ride. In fact, the synopsis teases that Christine's daughter Mykelti also "drops a bomb of her own."

While the title of the "Sister Wives" season 8 premiere suggests that it will not be good news, it is actually the opposite as it believed that her bombshell will involve her engagement with boyfriend Antonio Padron, which was announced back in June.

On the other hand, the beginning of "Sister Wives" season 8 will also see Kody trying to fix the issues he, Meri and Mariah had from last season.

However, the synopsis teases that he will realize that it is worse than he thought. How this will end for him remains to be seen.

"Sister Wives" season 8 will premiere Sunday, Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. EDT on TLC.
