Eminem and Drake feud rumor update: Rappers prove no conflict between them after sharing stage on Detroit tour

All is well after all between rappers Drake and Eminem. After being rumored to be in a feud, the two debunked speculations after "The Real Slim Shady" hitmaker emerged at Drake's Detroit show Tuesday, Aug. 16 at Joe Louis Arena.
According to reports, everyone was having fun while listening and watching Drake perform on his last stop for his Summer Sixteen Tour with Future. But the crowd roared when the "Hotline Bling" singer called up Eminem, whom he even described as the "greatest rapper to ever get on a microphone," on stage.
Eminem charmingly accepted Drake's compliment and prodded the crowd to make Drake feel at home in Detroit, which is his hometown. The two obviously had no trace of bad blood between them as they performed their 2009 collaboration song titled "Forever," which is a soundtrack they made together with Kanye West and Lil Wayne for James Lebron's "More Than a Game" documentary.
The drama is finally over, but it would not have started in the first place if it weren't for Hot 97 host Ebro Darden who started the rumors, as stated in a report. In one of Darden's shows, he told listeners that he heard a rumor about Slim Shady preparing a diss track for Drake.
"I told Drake that I heard the rumor was that Eminem was gonna gear up to come after him," said Darden on his radio show. "And he laughed, and he was like 'That's not gonna happen. He'd never do that and if he did, I got something for him too.'"
Drake responded to Darden's remark though during his show at New York's Madison Square Garden. He slammed the radio host saying that there was no truth to what he had just said. He even gave a short freestyle verse saying, "They telling lies on Hot 97. That's how it goes."
After Eminem's appearance in Drake's show, fans started blasting Darden on social media despite later on saying that he wasn't serious about what he said and it was just merely a joke.
