Action role-playing video game "Fallout 4" was present during Bethesda's E3 2016 press conference. And as promised by the video game publisher, they revealed one of the downloadable content (DLC) packages. Titled as "Contraptions Workshop," the DLC is now available for $4.99 or £3.99 in the U.K.

The official website of the game details that the DLC grants access to machines like conveyor belts, scaffolding kits, track kits, logic gates which can create Rube Goldberg machines. It also features elevators, warehouse kits, greenhouse kits and armor racks. There are also surprises like fireworks. Through these new features, players can now have the ability to combine new items to make actual machines in their settlements.

The DLC has basically expanded gamers' settlements in a creative way. But what players did not expect is that it can actually be used in a fun and "evil" way like torturing some of the open world title's companions. YouTube user Father posted a video showing the captivity of non-playable characters like Preston Garvey and Mama Murphy in pillories.

As if being locked up for an indefinite time isn't punishing enough, a device that creates teddy bears is being launched at their faces. Another YouTube user by the name IAGO also posted his own version wherein he showed a Rube Goldberg machine with an elaborate construction. However, it ended up being just a gadget used to shoot paintballs at Preston's butt.

The "Contraptions" DLC also lets players build a Weapon and Armor racks which allows them to show off their weapons to the nearby settlers. Gamepur detailed how to build one. Players will need to choose from the four different types: the Weapon Racks, Power Armor, Armor Racks and Display Cases.

The player must then place it wherever they want to unlock the "Show Off" achievement. Interacting with the Display Item allows placement of the weapons or armor in the rack. Storing multiple items at once is permissible.
