'Fallout 4' DLC news update: Details on next DLC leak out shortly after 'Far Harbor' launch

A leak proves that Bethesda has more content to share with \"Fallout 4\" players. | Bethesda

Hot on the heels of the release of the "Far Harbor" downloadable content (DLC) for "Fallout 4," gamers found some interesting details about what developer Bethesda Softworks has in store post-launch.

A Reddit user dug through the mounds of game files of "Fallout 4" and found text that referred to an unannounced DLC with a very intriguing name: "Nuka World."

Not much information can be taken from it, except from the idea that Bethesda may actually have more surprises for "Fallout 4" players apart from the three DLCs it released.

Media outlets imagine this so-called "Nuka World" DLC set in some sort of a hellish abandoned theme park with the dark and dangerous mood of the post-apocalyptic era casting a shadow on an otherwise place of fun and leisure.

Some fans even imagine robotic workers on the theme park assaulting visitors, who are also being experimented on. Other speculations suggest the DLC takes place in a Nuka Cola factory, which may involve the all too-perilous search for the long-lost Nuka Cola recipe.

The sound of the "Fallout 4" DLC's name certainly presents a lot of nightmarish elements for Bethesda to play with. If the developer is indeed working on it, fans might really be in for a big treat.

According to iDigital Times, the leaked game files also show that "Wasteland Workshop," the second DLC released for "Fallout 4" last month, will be expanded. The texts referring to this are "DLCWorkshop02" and "DLCWorkshop03."

At the moment, Bethesda is tight-lipped about the "Nuka World" DLC. This is, of course, understandable, seeing that the long-awaited "Far Harbor" DLC just landed on "Fallout 4."

As players explore all sides of the creepy radiation-burdened island, Kotaku suggests for fans to accept and use the charge card Parker Quinn offers players during the game. The card, according to the character, is meant to replace the currency caps.

It did not work at all because no character in "Fallout 4" will take it, until "Far Harbor" arrives as someone finally took interest of the card.
