The last season of "Game of Thrones" finally saw the Starks getting the upper hand on their enemies for once. Jon (Kit Harington) retakes Winterfell, Sansa (Sophie Turner) had Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) executed, and Arya (Maisie Williams) put an end to Walder Frey (David Bradley) and his sons. Williams, however, is worried at how the Starks have gone down a darker path, but it really isn't a surprise to her.

In an interview with Variety, Williams takes some of her time to address her concerns with how dark the Starks have been getting. She says, "It's sad when our heroes take it too far and they don't just do their job, they actually enjoy it and you see a twisted spark behind the eyes. It's worrying."

When Arya took care of Walder Frey, she did so with one of the most sadistic smiles on her face; not to mention she did it after feeding him a pie which was made of his dead sons. Arya has become a far cry from the tomboyish fencing student that followed her father, Ned Stark (Sean Bean), to King's Landing, and Williams is not surprised.

"What did everyone expect, we've had it the worst since episode one," says Williams. The first season had Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) getting pushed out of a window, making him crippled. Arya had been on the run ever since her father was executed on the Sept of Baelor. Sansa had been married to Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) and Ramsay Bolton against her will — the latter sexually abusing her on their wedding night. Robb Stark was murdered, and Jon Snow was stabbed to death by the Night's Watch.

The Starks have since gotten the upper hand, and the viewers are pleased to see that the family has been seeing victories coming their way, with Jon Snow being dubbed as "The White Wolf" and "The King in the North."

Here's to hoping that the Starks will find their family reunited when season seven hits next year.
