'Pokemon GO' cheats and tricks details: GPS spoofing technique, guide to locations
The release of augmented reality mobile game "Pokémon GO" has made both young and old go out of their houses to go Pokémon hunting. And even though the game is still very much fresh, cheats, tricks and tips have already surfaced all over the web for all gamers who are interested in making their exploring easier.

The latest cheat to make it out is the GPS spoofing technique. According to reports, the cheat fakes the GPS coordinate on smartphones so that gamers can go to any location even when they have not gone anywhere. This means that they can go search and capture Pokémon even at the comfort of their own home. Aside from that, the players also get access to the Poké Shops and Gyms.
Getting the GPS spoofing technique varies for each software. Reports say that iOS users can get the cheat once they jailbreak their device. For Android users, they will need to root their phones.
Players must take note though that those with Snapdragon processors will not be able to root. Moreover, a third-party app that tweaks the user's GPS location must also be installed. As of now, the technique is most effective in Android devices.
Another crucial aspect in the game is the location. Polygon tipped that Niantic's other online location-based game "Ingress" can help with the "Pokemon GO" locations. Using the map from "Ingress" can help gamers find Poke Stops and Gyms easier. Playes will need to install the game and set up an account.
Other known locations with Pokemon monsters include Hawaii's restaurant called Poke Stop. It's also said that strip clubs made it to the map as a Poke Stop. Reports also reveal that some gamers were led to gravestones and mausoleums.
Nevertheless, "Pokemon GO" gamers who are interested to make use of game cheats are advised to exercise caution as Niantic Labs warned that anyone caught doing so could be banned.
