'The Sims 4' rumored to hit PS4 and Xbox One consoles; expected in fall 2016

"The Sims" games have always been a PC game. That is why when reports about "The Sims 4" heading to consoles surfaced, fans are excited for it to happen. But will it get out of its platform home and expand to the other world of gaming?
According to a report by Crossmap, the game is expected to be available for PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One. It's also even said that it will be arriving sometime in fall this year. If not, perhaps sometimes early 2017. However, there is no official word from Electronics Arts (EA) and Maxis regarding this one yet, so fans will have to take reports with a grain of salt.
GameNGuide detailed that the reason why the game could not easily make its way to the consoles is because EA and Maxis have not figured out a way to transfer everything to the port yet. Reports claim that until now, they are still trying to find a way to make the transition happen. So while waiting, fans will have to enjoy the game and its newly released expansion on the computer.
The official website of the game announced new treats for its gamers. One is "The Sims 4 Dine Out Game Pack" which brings a new dining out experience for the Sims. With this pack, the player's Sims can own a restaurant, customize it and experiment with food. There are also new items up for grab and Sims can visit pre-made restaurants.
Aside from the new pack, EA also released a free update which is the expanded Create A Sim mode with new gender customization options. News posted on "The Sims" website note that this update allows everyone to create Sims with whatever physique, walk style, tone of voice, clothing, and appearance they want. There is no limit to gender.
If "The Sims 4" ends up arriving in consoles, fans will have to hope that all these new features of the game will be incorporated.
